Main Menu.

If Microsoft Narrator is running, hold down the Ctrl + Shift keys and then press the spacebar, Narrator will now read the page. To use the keyboard shortcuts hold down the alt key and then press the required number/letter, release both keys and press enter to complete the process. Keyboard shortcut b will take you back a page and m will take you the the main menu.
